Our data recovery experts have currently concluded that about 52% of data is not going to be able to be recovered with the rest hopefully getting put online within the next 6 hours (with some already online).

Once this data is online we will concentrate on the other 52% of the data and attempt to get this data recovered, if it can be done. We will try as many techniques as we can to get this online.

Plugins/Themes
We will put some plugins online over the rest of the day and also try to get some themes online soon as well, probably over the next 48 hours.

We apologise for this issue and we will work as hard as we can to recover from this and make sure it never happens again.

Unfortunately this has at the moment lost all previous data as well as all settings etc. We have transfered to a new server and will work with the experts to get all previous users online.

However we do reccommend you re-register your site now so you can continue blogging.

The failure fried not only the main hard drives but also the backup drives which were hosted within the same rack unit. We have now put them into seperate units so that in the future both units cannot be damaged.
